So been of T4 for about 3 weeks now, ramped up to 600 Mcg. a day then back down to 0, totalled about 12 weeks. Got blood work done last week, get the results later this week. If my thyroid is sluggish is there anything I could do to get it back to normal quicker? Using Guggulsterones and Vitamin Shoppe Thyroid complex currently.
Having trouble self diagnosing if it is slow or not right now b/c started bulking with 600 wk. Test Prop, 600 wk. Deca and 30 Mg. ED D-bol. So there will definitely be some water rentention and weight gain from those. May run some A-dex to try and limit water retention
Current diet is super clean.
#1: 1 Cup Oats, Egg Whites, 1 Omega Egg and 3/4 Blueberries
#2: 35 g. Brown Rice, Tilapia and Veggies
#3: Same
#4: 6 oz. Sweet Potatoes and 8 oz. Top Sirloin
Pre: No-Xplode and 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
Post: 60 g. Waxy Maize, 60 g. Whey, Glutamine, Creatine and BCAA's
Dinner: 7 oz. Salmon and 10 Stalks Asparagus
When I wake I am very dry and by the evening I am pretty smooth! Anything to help water retention? I'm thinking th D-bols and Deca are the main reason for the water retention, hoping it isn't from the effects of the T4....... The bloodwork will tell the whole story when I get it later this week............
