That lady who had cooked his food had a vested interest in him, she was co-owner of his gym, and helped him get to the Mr. O. They were kinda like surrogant parents, since his parents are both dead--of cancer.

Right on, I remember that. He was having a little arguement with them when they were talking about the cost of food and that Kev is like a son that gets pampered or That could explain how Kev is the way he is. Probably lost his parents at a very young age too. I'm guessing he's the only child as well!
