Extremely bold, especially considering it's a claim I never made. Just to clear things up, I have no desire to join your online self-pity party.

Vomiting means nothing. I used to vomit after doing leg presses. Of course, that was simply caused by my not breathing properly and making myself dizzy. I've long since corrected that problem and can squat far more now than I could then (no barfing necessary).

You are missing the point that it is entirely possible that I do train hard and still get mediocre results. Genetics are THE most important factor.

I don't miss your point at all. I counter your point with the notion that you either don't train as hard as you claim and/or (more importantly) your diet needs more work.

You can clobber yourself in the gym all you like. If you don't recover, you don't grow. And recovery starts with food, in quality and QUANTITY!

You have shown little to give anyone the impression that your bad hand at Genetic-Poker is the primary reason for your "mediocre" results.
