I can't believe this is happening. I'm so disappointed. Obama has actually done a complete about face on many of the original targets & objectives he'd set when running for office. I never thought I'd see this...

His spokespeople spinned it as simply scaling back his goals, ...but it's clearly a total loss of confidence.

This is a very sad day indeed!
