Chainsaw Update.
« on: June 09, 2009, 07:16:14 AM »
Yeah, my shoulder and bicep tear is healed completely,
I did Military Presses with moderate weight, and my wife said my injured
side is actually stronger than the uninjured side.
Pain killers were a bitch to get off of.  For the nerve damage I had,
I went to mexico and got b complex injections since
nerves are stimulated by b vitamins.  I have all my feeling
back.  My dr can't believe how fast I healed.  My arm was literally
a dangling piece of flesh in January, no feeling, no movement.

So, I'll rejoin the gym in today,
I'll post pics in a couple months
Just to shut up some of the smart asses on here.

Most are all show no go!
