I find for biceps heavy to medium is ok but for triceps works better with slightly lighter weights.

it depends on your muscles ability to recover!!.. i believe it's better and more effective to train each part once a week but again see what works better for you..

I go light weight/low volume for arms, and my training seems to be very sporadic these days.

Once a week for me. I split bi's and tri's. 9 sets for both. reps anywhere from 6-12.
No doubt about it...

I should clarify.

For example, with tris i start with  a cable exercise, so i stick to higher reps. Then move onto close grips, which i go a lower reps on, the dips, which is the same as close grips.

I stick to somewhat higher reps with biceps as i injured my bicep a while ago, so lighter feels a bit better. Though i keep the reps fairly low with hammers, everything is else is 8-12 for bi's.
No doubt about it...

Deads. Bit too heavy, wanted to get the last rep and kinda bent my right arm just a bit which was enough to strain my bicep. Wasn't too bad, but hurt it again a few days later when i was helping someone move a table.
No doubt about it...

stop that.

pussy.....

j/k, i keep the reps lower on most exercises, though right now i have been keeping them in the 10-12 range. I always use high reps for legs.
No doubt about it...

just vary it.
heavy with everything is not good and light is also not good.
just make sure you train one excersize for a bodypart at least heavy, keep the pressing movements heavy.
id rather avoid injuries. training smart is the key word.

exactly, thats why i avoid going heavy with side laterials, i just do them with good form and keep the pressing movements heavy as possible.

Once a week. Moderate weight. Reps in the 10-15 range. Like Titus' BLOOD-VOLUME style.
