Why hasn't CAIR denounced the Muslim attack on American soil two weeks ago?

CAIR normally denounces Islamic terror attacks against Americans on US soil, but never against Americans serving in uniform overseas as they're ardent supporters of Islamic extremism outside the US. The murder of 23-year-old Pvt. William Long in Arkansas seems to present a bit of a dilemma, though. An American in uniform killed on US soil. To this point, CAIR has refused to condemn. I wonder why?
