Hell, there are no less than 8-10 girls at my family gym who are leaner (with muscle) than he was on stage and they're not even getting ready for any competitions.

He doesn't train hard, but I think what I was trying to say was that he didn't look quite as sedentary as he did his last couple of times out.  Maybe he jogs or plays basketball a couple times per week.
