The guy had very valid points - he just came in as an insulting smug prick.  That was the problem.

I mean, that's an a-hole thing to say.  MSNBC doesn't do combatitive interviews during the day.  This guy was being asked the standard "how are you", and he responds by insulting the reporter.

He wants to be Rush, that's cool.  But he didn't help Palin, he was there to help his own cause/radio show.

He's a self-promoter no doubt, but he was right with what he said. MSNBC is a HUGE Left-wing shill of a network and obviously took sides during the election.

If we want to be intellectually honest about it then we would have to admit that MSNBC is the Lefts version of Fox News.

But the interview was about Sarah palin. 

he came on and immediately decided to make a brutal and loud stand on the state of media affairs today.  He was absolutely correc that letterman was crass and inappropriate.  but he made HIMSELF the focus of the interview.  he used his chance to get on the air to ambush a friendly reporter with friendly Qs, and plus his own movie he's making.


He hurt his party's cause and if he was taken to be a spokesman for Palin (as he was talking about her viewpoint), he sure didn't help her cause.  if anything, he made it look like the guy speaking for Sarah palin came on MSNBC to bash the woman trying to ask objective Qs.

I'm sure palin wasn't happy by this interview also.  The only people enjoying it are the 21% of viewers that she already has in the bag.  Moderates are turned off by loud a-holes like this.

Like I said, he was a self promoter with an agenda and a microphone on the 3rd (out of 3) most watched cable news network that is completely to Left in everything it does. If I was Palin or the GOP I would throw a cease and desist letter at this guy to stop yapping and acting like this.

She kept reading the same scriped Qs.  The guest was using his time to throw out one-liners, talk about his movie, and for some reason, giggle a lot.

This was an interview where even I could have gone on and defended Sarah palin.  Letterman was absolutely wrong.  This guy came on to plug his own career, and made palin look bad doing it.


There are lots of reasons to hate MSNBC.  This interview wasn't one of them.

If he would have stopped the insults, he had a platform to completely validate Palin and win over some moderate voters (soccer moms who were insulted by the 14 year old comment).  Instead, he continued with insults and got his mic cut.  They woudln't have cut his mic if he hadn't insulted MSNBC continually.

My point (as the title say"s) is that MSNBC is a joke !

 Brewer would have the same reaction as 240 would to someone talking about her 14 yr old being raped in front of her,  and that she would not be "Fine" with it,  as she said on that interview, therefore proving the point that she is full of shit, and a joke !
