:: OFF TOPIC - # 21 - Quincy Taylor On The QT - Quincy is one of the largest pro bodybuilders in the game tipping the scale at over 300 pounds of ripped muscle on his six foot four frame and as expected he's not one to mince words. When you're that big you just don't have to. He also clears up the rumors that have been circulating on Getbig!::

and of course Carl and I shoot the shit for the first 15-20 minutes about the OFF TOPIC T-shirts, Hitler, and the shooting at the Holocaust museum...

Anyway, if you are the guy who I think you are, I did hear that one show cause Sevastase made a thread about it and I must say you sound a lot like Tony Robbins.

If you ever get a current pro to discuss his true off-season and contest prep cycles it would catapult your shows status. The Milos episode is still probably the best show you ever did.

I listened to the QT episode and it was good, I would have liked him to go into a little more detail on some things but overall he was pretty open.

I liked the schmoe schow, derek anthony interview, milo sarcev 101 (to some extent), the no show, anthony roberts was great on every occasion I really enjoyed when AR was on the show because he makes it sound so underground and exciting...

AR doesn't make stuff up... he just reports news... if some people don't like it, oh well.
