Author Topic: Discovery: Latte does NOT produce the same dump catalyst effects as black coffee (Read 1747 times)

After months of testing it appears that ONLY black coffee will produce the desired dump taking catalyst effects and when diluted with milk or any other substance the dump effect, henceforth referred to as DE is blocked. Thus, in the future when desirous of DE, just drink black coffee.

I too have done some research, and have found that a combo of strong, black coffee + cardio firdt thing in the morning = guaranteed dumpage within 10 minutes upon finishing said cardio.

Regardless of what i have said in the past, i don't think my genetics are that horrible. Not great obviously, but being constantly reminded that i have "horrible genetics" is somewhat unmotivating......

Horrible is a strong word. I just think i am too young and too fat to accurately determine whether my genetics really are horrible. Once i get properly lean, we shall see. Until then, bad genetics, no doubt about it. Horrible genetics, some doubt about it right now.

I too have never been lean; perhaps I will look decent after having leaned out or MAYBE I will have good hormone response genetics. Time will tell but for now, based on the evidence I will carry on the torch!
