Ahh found out how to cure the acne for webcke and naturalwonder

when you dont train much and simply have low calories of filling foods like flaxseed/hemp protien in order to lose fat fast , you keep much cooler in the hot summer and get nearly no acne from not sweating as much. i know webcke and natural wonder always complain about such, even i would have issues with moderate training correlating some acne

now how many of you would tap this bloated blonde i know i would just for the different effect
