Flex had NO chest and very thin thighs. His only great bodyparts were his biceps and his back. I was never a fan of his.

Phil will never match Heath, even if he does happen to win Mr. O. Just look at Dexter, was he better than Ray, Levrone, Flex...hell no.

Check out the 96 NOC pictures on Muscletime....Flex was insane at that show, maybe his best ever.

Flex had a mediocre chest, but his thighs were damn good.  Only had two great bodyparts? He never would have won all he did if he were strong in just two bodyparts.  Get your head examined.

the pics posted is of course there rookie pro yr,flex 96 to 99 to phil heaths 08 yr and his ironman win  in particular is quite impressive and close to flex in arms and back,heath has flex on legs ,flex's waist was always in check ,heath will see its a bit bigger .heath is great bber,

Both similar, but flex has too much Synthol. Too bad we'll never see this match-up!

look at the size of Phil's head :-\ We all know that flex was mostly drugs but when you look at Phil, you can truly see that this guy is so full of chemicals it isn't even funny...How many years ago was he a basketball player? Phil made a huge mistake getting together with the human oil field Jay Cutler...I'm guessing that Cutler has him filling his muscle's with 100's of cc's of "Medicine" over weeks at a time...Phil Heath I'm afraid is going to disappear as fast as he came...He will look insane for a few years and then he will be done...

They both have lots of seo in arms, but still great arms to begin with. Remember Kenny Wheeler as an amateur?

Flex just has/had that shape and flow, Heath lacks. Plus width.

Flex wins.

phil narrowness is off set by vic odd shape...esp short legs.  vic got to catch up with kai now before he can deal with phil.  ami will NEVER place kai or wolf ahead of phil at the o.  it could happen at the arnold since they call it like they see it. phil becomes a one show guy now.
