matt c you can never be over 180 with good condition ever,,you need to hormonize ,,also your chest is horrid you got too big arms and delts while you dotn show the widness needed ,,your torse is not good i dotn knwo why but your arms are very good and delts are very good,,you need to bring up thickness of tors and work the torso way more than arms and delts ,,you need hormones ,,you are done growing naturally

you will go to gym 5 more years and look exactly same 5'9 167 when go off creatine and powder,,,179 when on creatine and podwer and guess what ,,you will dead lift 550,,and bench 300 and still be this size

the strongest bodybuilders are the smallest ones,,naturally speaking,,and this is in most cases true for hormonized too

Gained, kept it for a few months, then lost it.  ;D

I've been as high as around 200 before.  My goal is to be 220.  Please just help me!  Eating a steak as we speak.

have you ever done 360 grams of protien every day for 30 days?  it is not easy to intake that much protien. mostly powder is the easiest way.  i'm pretty sure you will build 5-8 lb of muscle in a month, even clean.

Protein on itself doesn't build muscle.  ;)

only thing he will do from 360 a day protien is FART,,he needs hormones,,he has the problem every natural guy has when they stoip at 180lb at his condition and stuck,,its common problem

hormones ! and not wait anymore,,you wont be 190 same condition ,.,,10 lb of muscle ..people dont get it even 5 lb of lean muscle is HUGE ENORMOUS DIFF!

This was a tough workout. Pushing 975 lbs on the leg press. Nonetheless I’m lagging a little behind on legs. I look forward to adding more mass to my lower body in coming weeks. I’ll be posting a pic of legs in a few days.

This transformation may look easy. It’s not. I’m going through a lot of pain. It’s a restless feeling like the muscles can’t relax. I don’t take anything for it, I just want to deal with it.

When I’m in the gym I feel great. You don’t see the hard parts. Sometimes I have trouble getting out of the car, moving around, sleeping. I’m really sore. I have to be tough and stay focused.

The set in this clip may look like I have more in me. But trust me, I’m ripping myself apart as my body continues to adjust. I’m breaking it down and feeling the pain. That’s what it takes to transform. Here’s the full quad workout:

LEG PRESS

705 lbs x 10

795 lbs x 10

885 lbs x 10

975 lbs x 13

HACK SQUATS

345 lbs x 6

435 lbs x 6

525 lbs x 6

615 lbs x 6

LEG EXTENSIONS

160 lbs x 12
