Falcon any new principles for us?
no just sticking with the diet right now
whole milk/cheese/spinach, beer at night 1-2 peices of fruit a day , work , no lifting only falcon punches,
today i feel recouperated and good after a few days of this, i may try to attempt some percise training with eating withing a certain caloric range. what i like about spinach is your really dont feel like binge eating
i may have an extra apple and do heavy one dumbell squats for a set 245 pounds. ill do it in rest pause fashion till i get 20 then have one table spoon of peanutbutter then try to get around 50 reps with 2-45 pound dumbells maybe straight set maybe not, im wondering if i should just stick to the heavy stuff to maintain explosiveness
