cereal=bad and skim milk=bad for perfection but ok for maintenance but harsh on the bowls if you eat more than a few bowls and have an appetite like a real man
avacado+cookies in cream=good immediate energy for working out shitload of vitamins from avacado
oh an ps. IM GROWING BACK OUT THE MOTHER FUCKING HAIR
today will be an EPIC leans day since i have had FULL REST
heres the diet
1/2 bag of spinach and apple cider vinegar
1 beer 1/2 grapefruit then 40 reps feet elevated pushups
1 beer 1/2 grapefruit then 40 reps feet elevated pushups
1 beer 1/2 grapefruit then 40 reps feet elevated pushups or moderate deadlifts
work......... eat dry ground flaxseed/hemp protien/rice protien when hungry not going over 50 grams
after work....

1 beer 1/2 grapefruit then 40 reps feet elevated pushups or dumbell work like light squats
1 beer 1/2 grapefruit then 40 reps feet elevated pushups or moderate deadlifts
one bowl of TOTAL cereal or Raison bran cereal w/one scoop of flax
apple cider vineager
6-8 white potatoes with sea salt no fat
no icecream or avacado today since i had that yesterday , just to assure my cravings and vitamin e. i usually eat 2 whole avacados per 1/2 gallon of icecream
