my goal is to do 100 daily feet elevated pushups 3 to 4 feet high in sets of 20-25

once i am able to do this daily goal then i will add in more exercises

these kinds of pushups are great for the abs and looking thick in the upperchest especially wearing wife beaters and t-shirts to avoid the droopy pecs id get from regular pushups and or not doing pushups at all

The only thing I dont like with you is that you overthink things a bit much, Nothing wrong with thinking but overthinking would in the end will drain you mentally.
