Tons of beer (to motivate and get wild/hype for training) , tons of watermelon (to avoid too much drunkness during workouts and to replenish vital folic acid*, and tons of flaxseed( to shit 3+ times a day to avoid any bloated feeling of possible overconsumption)
all other foods secondary (pizza, protien powder ect) be careful of these foods, feeling full and buzzed in combination can make you sick or sleepy when attempting the most activity possible
keep goal in mind, that means strive for most activity in a day in 2 respects

2 respect-workout
