ahhh tommorrow is a good day been learning latley as usuall
beer/greens/water and non weight squats up to 400 reps
during the day i eat mass foods in order to sustain energy to do work for job, i actually dont require a crazy amount of food but still good portions of vegetable lasagna , onion rings, plenty of fresh fruit, pumpkin pie
for evening till sleep time i may have more beer more dark leafy greens and fruit as much as i feel like
i also try to have/do/find energy to do around 20-60 reps of upper body work in the evening since all i do is squats in the morning, in order to just maintain upper body mass but build overall metabolism with the 400 morning squats
