40 year old guy with a wife beater, pretending to be a bodybuilder. Doing 10 second reps working on the "mind muscle" connection. ILS, horrid genetic shape.

Please, stop taking steroids. Magnifying dog shit is NOT an accomplishment.
I could just see this guy posing in the mirror after a workout telling himself, "Man, you look great!"

Luckily, I was able to get a clear view of the mirror to see a real bodybuilder, in between viewing this train wreck

Come to Gold's, where everyone is the "next Arnold".

Yeah, I hear you Croatch. The current bodybuilding scene is pathetic. I too, suffer from pretenders bombarding my gym. It's as if these fools think wearing a weight belt and a wife beater, while ingesting drugs makes you "hardcore". It's sad to see grown men pretending to be jacked. Almost like children dressing up as their favorite superhero.

In your video you're wearing a weight belt and a wife beater, and there's no proof whether you're natural or not so someone could just assume the same way you do... Cool vid though, you train very hard and have a good build. I can respect that.
