well for a woman, they are princesses and can choose whatever they like and we men will accept anything they have to offer appreciative of any looks or chance they give us.  Why is this a question, do you mean what bodyfat should men carry for woman?

i'm all for womens' equality so i say that they should chop off their tits and aim for the same BF levels that men have

Don't women lose their period below 11% or somewhere around there? I know low bodyfat starts messing with it (body thinks it's in starvation mode and won't produce period because of insufficient fat/nutrient levels to support the production and birthing of a child)

15% is absolute minimum bodyfat a woman should have to look attractive,,

most girls shine at 18-20%

21-24 and up star looking too chubb chubb but still tolerable

24 and higher is plain fat


some girls weightin 180 at 5'7 look very good IF their body fat is 18-19% and have natural triple d or double d ,,but  not too many of them and they are usually very lucky and dont give a damn bout wehat they eat at all
