I finally got to see the latest Terminator, and John Connor is the manliest, toughest mofo onscreen since Arnold's Dutch in "Predator". Christian Bale delivers a fantastic performance as a virile, driven, cold and hard-as-nails guerrilla chieftain. His performance as Connor completely overshadows his performance as the cape crusader. Batman is his bitch. If Connor and Batman fought, the former would rip the latter's face and bat testicles and eat them. The evidence? How do you guys think Batman would do vs a T-800? Please...that would be a cyborg-on-circus-freak anal poundage of gargantuan proportions. And yet, Connor destroys a dozen of them with no fancy gadgets, with only good old firearms and using what he has in hand. This was my review in a nutshell.

Actually the movie sucked and Bale was terrible.

Yeah everyone else I spoke to said bale blew in this movie, he's sucked in everything since the machinist.

Yeah I agree.. It was better than the third installment but was disappointing overall. Star Trek was actually one of the better movies I've seen this year and I know nothing about the series.

Agree, saw it last night. As a movie on it's own...great action, special effects. As part of the Terminator series...

The CG Arnold was bad. Looked frickin' huge with Roland Kickinger's body, though.

The Tyson doc was fascinating. He's incapable of saying anything disingenuous. You constantly have the impression that he's saying exactly whats on his mind. Also, the juxtaposition of his present day interview and his old training footage/fights is pretty crazy. He was born to be an animal, and he's completely unapologetic about it.

I loved every minute of the movie; I'm not sure why others thought it sucked but it may indeed have...all I know is I loved it.

this movie rocked. Marcus Wright was badass too.
