In college I used to work at the college gym and saw the dumbest fuck incident. A guy wearing thong flip flops was doing bench. he had two plates a side. So he went to unload it and took the two plates off of the left side leaving it bare as he walked around to the right side the bar started to tip over, he ran to stop it but didn't get there in time before the 45 plate slipped off and landed square on his big toe. It was sad. The thing looked flat. I turned black and swole twice its size. The guys was crying like a little girl. Too funny.

There's an oriental young kid who trains at my gym. He trains with the trainer, wears thong flip flops when he trains PLUS a fur hat?! Also literally looks like a refugee camp victim as he is so skinny. However the trainer their is proud with a lot of work he got his arms from 7.5 inches up to 9" "no joke."

I'm glad the general consensus is that flip-flops are all the way gay.

i train at bally's so yeah a few train in flip flops

You get more feedback barefooted. I wouldn't wear flip-flops to the gym but do squats and deads in socks.
