Croatch, how many more natural pounds do you think you could put on your frame if you concentrated more on your own training than the reddish pimply 40 year old "steroid" user next to you?

Or perhaps not worrying about why girls bleach their hair blonde and get fake tits......but rather synthesize these energies into creating your own physique.

Imagine the new level of dedication you could facilitate if you could only find a way to channel all of your hatred (some self loathing) to a new bodybuilding regimen for yourself!

For years youve preached the "Croatch on" word.....but it hasnt propelled you......you must love yourself, and love the fact that you will always be a former steroid user. come to grips with it......
