i know there good for strength...
but anyone ever used them to pack on size.....

You can,  you just have to use them differently

Try Vagina squats they work even better.Just pop a fresh vagina on your cock and squat using BW of the owner of the vagina.Can do these for hours and not even count reps.

speaking as a fitness professional (<- ::)) I can tell you that box squats are primarily for explosive power

better off doing regular squats for size

Will add ALOT of size to your quads.

Then it fecks up your back. Happened to a good few in my gym

These are good for people with bad backs like my self, takes a lot of pressure off the lower back in the bottom part of the exercise. Just remember you can't go as heavy.

So you are saying they are good for your back? Do they not cause spinal compression?

Like your quad muscles know the difference between a box squat, regular squat, smith machine squat....etc, etc.
