Try Vagina squats they work even better.Just pop a fresh vagina on your cock and squat using BW of the owner of the vagina.Can do these for hours and not even count reps.

These are good for people with bad backs like my self, takes a lot of pressure off the lower back in the bottom part of the exercise. Just remember you can't go as heavy.
