Myself currently i have 210mg per day.
2x Sugarfree Kick Energy drink (75mg each).
2x Coke zero can (30mg each).
Do you think this is having any negative effects on my health?..
I must add, i am dieting right now, when im not dieting i would cut the Kick down to 1 per day.
Keep it up.....actually, why not add 3 or 4 teaspoon shots of caffine?......go for it man....
