How many mg of caffiene do you consume per day?

2x Sugarfree Kick Energy drink (75mg each).
2x Coke zero can (30mg each).

Do you think this is having any negative effects on my health?..

I must add, i am dieting right now, when im not dieting i would cut the Kick down to 1 per day.

I'm 6 1/2 weeks out and I'm doing an ECA stack 3 times a day and it has 200mg of caffeine per intake.  Doing 600mg of caffeine daily without counting when I drink plain coffee at work when I need a little extra kick since my carbs are so low.   BTW... my trainer is a well known current IFBB PRO.  Now I'm at the point where I lick my Tupperware after I eat my meals so I can get every little bit of carbs possible.

210mg is not too much just make sure that if you decide to add in more caffeine you break it down evenly and space your intake at least every 3 hrs.

That's not very much actually.   I have caffeine pills that are 200 mg each and the label says not to exceed 1000 mg per day.  I only take them sometimes to help stay awake at work if I'm underslept.

Right now 450-600mg of caffeine a day. Even when I am not cutting probably close to 400mg/day.

When competing upto 2000mgs a day.Not a big Problem but can lower Iron levels keep your Iron in check and just Relax.

I wouldn't sweat it...However the sweeteners are probably doing their work by dumbing you down and eating tiny holes in your brain...However you could still live a long life...You just may need a nurse to help you with things a monkey could do...
