Yet, my legs grow. ;)

I told Paco that some people commented like you.
And Paco was laughing and saying "Why dont those guys post their squat?" ;D

Paco's legs are insane...but your's are...hmmmmm...I'll be nice and pass on comment...

But, on that pic - is that one hardly visible line a muscle separation or just dirt?
It is kind of hard to tell...

Legs should maybe look like this:

I never understood the whole "attacking a mans family" angle on the internet.

Not only is it chickenshit, it's also just not very funny.

Well, less worthy men find amusing calling female part of someone's family (mother, sister, wife, cousin, daughter...) derogatory names in absence of class, balls, honor...and many other things they would desperately need crossing into the real world (from their cyber underworld they wear their superman costumes ...)

It is pathetic to say the least...

Van Bilderass - just curious....why do you do deeper squats if you find them less effective for growth?

And what do you think is the optimal ROM of leg presses for overall development?

Because I'm mostly just trying to increase my deadlift and do them as an accessory lift. Mostly paused for 1-2 seconds since the deadlift starts from a dead stop.

I think best depth has to do with structure. Deep worked great for Platz since he sat up very straight. I think my back, hams, and glutes take over the lift due to flexibility issues. Front squats would be the best form for growth for me probably.

My form looks a bit like this. The best deadlifter ever (IMO) squatting 660lbs. Relatively small quads.

I never really did angled leg presses. Never felt I could get a good range of motion. Didn't feel good overall.

Oh yeah - judgment of "owning" and "meltdown" usually coming from a boxer who "won" by punching the opponent's right fist with his left (open?) eye...

NOT A SINGLE ONE! Wasabi - BOZO with soy sauce on the side...

Seeing this I'll give you another challenge.

My wife Milamar is going to beat you in squats - weight, reps...doesn't matter...

Or you prefer competing against me?

I'll double your weight or reps (or both?) - but deep "ass to the grass" kind of squats - you desperately need...

And one more look on Milamar's legs before you jump...
WTF is BOZO?.......craziness as usual...
I used to do ass to the floor squat until Paco prohibit me to do it.
You just film your wife doing the squat and i will do same form and do way more reps than your wife .
And I post it on youtube.
And you will challenge me?Oh forget about it. Your blood is made of chemical. I wont compete against doped athlete of all his life.
And another owning.I feel sorry for you madman.

Just don't tell that to Kyomu...he did only 120...and not a single one bellow parallel - but when you do think about 150 or 160 times two...equals 300 pounds or 320...no big deal...Oh, you noticed:  Kilos?...never mind...

Thanks for reply...I thought it was probably because you were more into powerlifting...I believe I remember reading you posting something along those lines in another thread.

Im pretty sure Kyuomu could do 3 reps at least with 150kg (330pounds) ATG.

Could you do 660 ATG for 6 reps?

he has very good legs for a natty, wheter you like him or not.. :)

BOZO is clown...just like you...You don't even need a make up or fake red nose...You just need to stand in front of the audience and tell us your autobiography, opinions and views on life...end that would be sufficient - for mental institution professionals to pick you up and "save the Planet"...

When I post my wife doing 3 plates (315lbs) reps - you will comment "fake weights" - so you must be here to use SAME plates... ;)

When you come - we'll test your and my blood in UCLA - Olympic Lab... ;)

And yet another punch - this time with the top of your chin straight into my left fist (uppercut this time...) [BTW - I'll call the punches you can't defend in advance - give you some time to "practice"...]

Kyomu, I'm not a hater here. I was just asking since people judge their squat depths very differently, which is why any squat poundage claim you haven't seen yourself doesn't matter much. A 5-10cm difference in depth can mean a difference of 100lbs in poundage in one person.

I actually said in another thread that I only do very deep squats yet my quads are very small, and if I wanted to grow my legs I'd do less deep squats and lots of fairly short range leg presses.
Telling the truth, I didnt make this video to impress you guys with my weight.
I train really light and i am weak naturaly.
So, i have just post it to respond to those question(How i train my legs) via PM and forums
