I am in McDonalds last week ordering some pancakes for my son and after I order the guy behind me, 300 lbs, thinning pony tail, nascar hat, and a fucking bluetooth ear piece in, orders 2 egg mcmuffin meals, adds bacon on top of the canadian bacon, then bagel sauce (what the fuck is that stuff?) asks to combine his 2 drinks into 1 large and gets sweet tea.  I was thinking to myself almost 1700 calories just for breakfast!  WTF, isn't one meal enough any more?

One of my first experiences of Americana was about 10yrs back in a burger king here
