It's true. That's what happens when you eat 18,000 calories and 1,300 grams of protein a day. Epic flatulence and defecation follows, and that must be cleaned up because, even though the schmoes enjoy skid marks on the posing trunk, they don't like a fully crapped trunk.

A person's entire skeleton weights about 10 lbs, and the difference in bone weight between a man with tiny joints and one with huge ones is 5 lbs at the most. It's not the bones of a big boned man that makes him weight much more, but the much bigger muscles that large bones can support. A single inch of bone diameter adds an enormous mass potential to a muscle.

a 6'1 man's entire skeleton only weighs 10 lbs??? I am not sure about that but what i am trying to say is that greg doesn't look THAT big. (but of cos it is relative)

Classic example of sucky misinformation. As believable as his claimed 620 lb. bench. Just google and find out that it's about 15 lb. per 100 lb. bodyweight.

How much do all the bones in the body weigh?
Total bone weight depends on how much the person's entire body weighs. Bones make up about 15% of a person's total body weight. For example, the bones of a person weighing 100 pounds would weigh about 15 pounds.

Leave it to sucky and ND to obsess on someone's toilet habits. :-\

Kovacs in his prime was 100 lbs heavier at the same level of bodyfat.

No, the answer you got was incorrect: the average skeleton weights around 10 lbs, but like I said a man with a very large frame would have a skeleton 5 lbs heavier at 15 lbs. And how does this change the fact that the difference in weight  between a bodybuilder with a large frame and one with a small one is due to muscle mass and not bone mass? Idiot.
