Arnolds arms were close to 22 in his prime, he's got me beat by almost 2 inches, which is a lot.  and he was leaner, which is the real difference.

I was at Frys yesterday getting some cold cuts, and as i place my order, the little twink behind the counter says "Wow man!!! you're huge!!!, what are you like 275-280 HuhHuh!!!!


So I laugh and say "Thanks dude.....no way ,I'm like 240."

He then goes on an on. "That's what i want to look like....you are thick as shit, you arms are fucking huge"....blah blah blah.
