but did you have to add the "for his age"

On a somewhat serious note, I have no real desire to compete again and nobody cares either way.
I am simply trying to run more , lose some wt and get my waist down, etc.

you look young in the the face man. you got a strong built. you need to only replace some of the bad foods with good foods, that way u dont lower your metabolsim

constanly drifting down in calories= disaster for metabolism, and fuel for activity, with any "diet" aim to keep activity the same if not higher

Thanks again and in all modesty, I have plenty of knowledge, I just lack the motivation.
Bodybuilding alone doesn't seem much motivation or personal pay off for me, but, I am psyched to become a better distance runner, drop wt and see my abs again.

dont be so sure of your knowledge just yet big fella, it takes knowledge to create a diet for motivation AND fatloss simultaneously bro, thus rendering your said knowledge incomplete

sometimes i think i know a thing or tooo but it doesnt make sense for someone to claim knowledge when they cant apply that knowledge for motivation
