for the beach this summer...my chest looks better when my nipples are hard and small...not puffy $:-\$

If you your nipples are a bit puffy, it could be gyno.

ive been feeling my chest all day and there is no lump...when i turn to the side and look in the mirror and raise my hands above my head backwards and lean back my chest looks flat...so i hope its not gyno...what are some clues i can look for webcke???

That's good that there is no lump. Maybe it's just a little extra fat. Are you a little heavier than before?

no im leaner than ever...im down to 9 % bodyfat
but what drives me insane is how my chest is shaped...like if i do a front double bicep...i have a good outer chest but my lower chest looks round....def not flat..the nipples are very puffy and stick out
whats going on?
tell me what to look for w/ gyno...

I have gyno from a loong time ago but it doesn't hurt when squeeze it

never touched a steroid and I got it...
