i barely ever eat bread, rarely eat crackers. no biscuits. I cut all of that out and I look worlds better.
But last week the wifey bought me a loaf of cinnamon raisin bread, which i use to love. I didn't want to waste it, so I ate 4 or 6 or 8 slices a day til it was gone, all toasted with butter. Man, my stomach hurt for days. that stuff really does take forever to digest. My guts physically hurt from all that flour just sitting in there like a rock.
