agreed, he is definately on a bunch of somethings but muscle memory is definately also a huge part of it.  There is no way he would be that big already if he wasn't huge in the past

100lb incline x 6 reps ? Is this supposed to be impressive?

That is pretty average for a natural athlete that's fairly serious about weight training. I do this for 10-12 reps (incline x 3) and also 80lbs dumbbells for 10-12 x 3 on sitting overhead shoulder presses. How the mighty do fall without their magic medz! Sadly, his arms still look better than mine and I'm sure his chest puts me to shame. It's frustrating to see how well someone with superior genetics responds as compared to someone with average Anglo-Saxon/European heritage.

I'll tune back in again when hes blown the fuck up on AAS displaying his amazing genetics. Once hes "upped the dosages" he really begins to shine - one of the naturally gifted. Otherwise, nothing much to see here.

150lbs on the tricep pushdown, thats pretty light for a guy his size  ???

maybe the machines in my gym are different here in the UK

But yeh, in 2 weeks time he'll be posing non-stop and screaming 100lbs in ur face in front of the camera again.

You weren't inclining 100s after 5 workouts.

Read more carefully meat head.

On Chest day, dumbbell incline for 10-12 reps x 3 sets (not counting super light warm up/volume sets). This is VERY common and not much to brag about.
How you extrapolated "after 5 workouts" I have no idea - unless that was just a super weak troll.

Thats because its not that much...   :o

Kevin needs to hurry up and "up the dosages" sacrificing his body for us. Otherwise, hes just another broke ass gym rat with no career and no future. Lets get back to business Kevin!

He's a genetic freak. With correct diet and supplementation (see also: AAS) he could be STAGE ready in no time. He would blow right back up to his former glory. In fact, hes probably primed to respond extremely well at this point due to the clean time off.

Inclining the 100s is not "very common"  ::)

Secondly, Levrone stated in the video that this was his 5th chest workout since a 4 year layoff  ;) You were not inclining 100lb DBs after your first 5 workouts, meathead.

Levrone made those inclines look easy; he wasn't struggling for the 6 reps. He could have upper the weight to the 110s or 120s.
