Awesome! Seems like the experts give the ok to aim for an AJ Styles level physique. I will give it my best. I know he is not that big but I'm not trying to get huge like Nasser El Sonbaty or Jason Cutler.

hard to say, people look smaller then they really are on pictures when they are fat

if he was leaner he would look bigger in pictures and maybe people would say you need steroids.

hard to say, would need to see him in real life.

I have seen people on roids look like that, hell when I was 245 I didn't look much better

that is easily attainable,, he however isnt natural,id say 99% of pro wrestlers are on somthing or another..

did u see the list of wrestlers how got busted for steroids,, youd be very suprised..

Yeah. But I have seen many many physics. Under his fat, i dont see that much muscle like Alex23.
