bench, I've heard that before. Usually females. Alcohol messes up with your serotonin and dopamine levels, raises them but eventually lowers them up, depending on your sugar and insulin level.

Have you had panic attacks?

Sometimes if im Really drunk, whick happends maby twice a year, When Im trying to fall asleep and everything spins, then I get kinda fucked thinking about if it never would go away, how I would live my life then.

Heavy binge drinking can cause depressed serotonin levels in some individuals (and thus, increased feelings of anxiety/depression) the next day.  Alcoholics have drastic changes in serotonin-metabolite levels over time.

Being really hung over makes me 100% useless. Mental fog, mildly depressed, apathetic as to obligations/homework.  I have zero motivation and I crave fast food slop all day.  Eating healthy with a hangover is virtually impossible as my brain is looking for that dopamine response from a fast food binge or grease. I'm not talking about "I had a few beers last night." I'm talking about shots/dark liquor/beer for extended periods of time.

I graduated from law school and stopped getting shit faced every weekend (to kill the pain) and my midsection is leaning out rapidly with no other major changes. I'm getting older, body just cant take it like it used to.  Another thing that I noticed is that when you are extremely well hydrated, lean, and in shape, the more rare hangovers are much worse.
 
Surprise - 1500+ liquid calories 2x a week + garbage food all weekend takes its toll no matter how hard you workout.  ;D
