I have known him for years and years, and ive been trying to get him to juice for the last 1.5 years.
But he wont because he had alot of acne before, and is afraid he will get it back, and has some sort of heart condition, well a surgery when he was younger.

Hes been dieting hard, he has his first Comp coming up in a few weeks in USA hehe

quite often when i was permabulker, the fat on top of muscles makes you appear to be more muscular in sweaters

nowadays, never at least not when i'm in clothes
