I’ve tried some capsules, but a horse would have difficulty swallowing some of those things.
Powders work better for me, and are usually less expensive by volume.

ON makes a straight BCAA powder and another one mixed with creatine.
Like most, it doesn’t taste too swift, but mixing it with carbs and/or a little Stevia helps with that.

Powders offer more bang for your buck. Would you rather swallow 15 capsules per serving, or have to take a powder in one glass of 10oz of h2o?

I use TrueProtein BCAAs, mixed with EAA's. The flavoring (I do recommend flavoring with ANY BCAA product, unless you're a masochist!), I usually use watermelon, though I'm going to try the Kool-Aid flavor next as I'm hearing good things about that.

I've used ON's BCAAs too, but wasn't impressed...I just kind of like the idea of ordering X amount of powder, and unless something has changed, ON didn't allow you to do this- it was a choice of two smaller bottles that I would have to purchase 2 every few weeks....

Scivation's XTEND BCAA product is hands down the best Amino Acid product on the market.  Universal makes an EAA product that is also good.

I have always used Scivation Xtend. It tastes great and comes in my different flavors. It also isn't too expensive either. I usually will drink it during my workout.

Are you unable to read the side of the container?  At least they spent the money to do a university study on the product to prove it works.  If something that is "90% splenda" works that well, sign me up.
