So joe actually flew out to the dude, and went to his training camp and absolutley OWNED the dudes Over and over and over again, making him tap within 10 sec every time haha.

Rogan is no joke and trains his azz off in BJJ and MMA. He's pretty hard core and has admitted privately that he would much rather be a champion UFC fighter than the tons of dough he makes/made on TV and his stand up act. He's no stranger to the sauce and when in top shape looks incredible. His ability to pull top of the food chain poon would be the envy of anyone of this board. Cool guy, tough guy and very down to earth and not full of himself.

By the age of 19, Rogan won the US Open Tae Kwon Do Championship and as lightweight champion went on to beat both the middle and heavyweight title-holders to obtain the Grand Championship...AS A LIGHTWEIGHT.

Actually, it happened at Legends, Joe's home gym. 

Joe isn't a brown belt in BJJ because 10th planet is all NO GI, technically, he is a "brown" shirt.  Not a fan of rubber guard, zombie, dew claw, crackhead control, etc....
