when you are on a low calories diet to lose fats and use creatine at the same time, do you feel it makes you somehow bloated??.. i used creatine before but i was on a high calories diet and it increased my power noticeably but made me carry more water, both in my muscles which is good and under my skin which is of course bad..
i read a lot about creatine on the net and there are a lot of contradictory data!.. i belive it varies from one person to another..
HOW ARE THE RECEPTORS DOING,,YOU NEED TO BE CAREFUL SO THAT THE MUSCLE RECEPTORS FOR THE CREATINE DOES NOT WEAR OUT OR YOU GET NO GAINS,,THATS WHY NEWBS ALL WAYS HAVE 15LBS IN THE FIRST 2 WEEKS THEN IT TAPERS IT OFF,,,JUST LIKE STEROIDS,,,BU MORE POWERFUL
