I see where some of the more racial posts have some of you guys irritated...agreed, but to deny that there is an immigration problem is just being blind to the truth.  The country should limit the influx of resident immigrants...particularl y low skilled, low educated immigrants that are more likely to sap off the system.  Perhaps the system could be better as well...allowing an immigrant to come to a country but not work for a long period of time makes no sense.  Perhaps there could be a short-term documented worker program so the immigrants could contribute taxes while going through citizenship. 

Honestly, I think some immigrants are great, hard-working, excited about entering a new country and its culture but others are not.  There must be a way to better separate them.

I see a lot of anger and hate toward illegal immigrants, especially minorities as if there are not white illegal immigrants too.  How about the European organized crime in America?  How about a little anger toward the white citizens who hire illegal immigrants?  How about a little anger toward the government who allows/supports illegal immigration?

Either way, there is way too much anger and hate directed at the wrong group of people.  That's not going to make things better. 

The African immigrants did not create the immigration laws or the socialist programs in Europe.  The illegal immigrants in America would not be there if Americans did not hire them.

Absolutely, I agree.  I think one of the keys to handling illegal immigration in the US is to crack down on employers who hire illegals.  I am in strong support of this.  Sure, many of these employers are white.  I don't care what race they are, they must follow the law and our government needs to uphold the law!

I have a lot of dissapointment in our government with the current and the last administrations.  In some areas of Europe, people do complain of gypsies and low skilled eastern europeans...thats just not much of an issue in the U.S.

I agree!  Those socialist policies look good on paper, but they just don't work in real life with very large populations.

I've heard, not sure if it's true, that the city of Seattle gave away free bus passes to homeless people so that they can have transportation to go find jobs and go to work.  Those homeless people took the "free" bus passes to go from the "free" shelter to the soup kitchen and get a "free" meal, and then spend the rest of the day on the bus just riding around killing time.

We have to couple public assistance with work or something productive for anyone who is medically able to perform work.  There should be no unattached handouts, except for the truely disabled and the elderly who already contributed plenty. 
We need to fight increasing pressures of socialism but the strongest voices need to be reasonable people...not bigots.  Supporting the constitution and personal freedoms cannot be seen as far right wing, thats crap.
