Finally decided to put some pics up. At these pictures I was at the Carnival cruise so I have put on some weight. I'm 5'9 and on these pics I'm right at 197 pounds.

Right now I'm at 185 pounds.  I will try to get some pics of my back and my wheels, but first I need to catch some tan.

Let me know what do you think.

you look pretty good already but since you asked your delts could use more size and like you say your chest and tris need some work.  looks like you'd have a decent taper at your lighter weight.

big L dawg: You are taking about my gear history and how I look.  See if you would look at my posting history you would fing out that my first 2 test cycles I have never used PCT because I was very young, stupid and didn't know better. So please, I'm busting my ass at the gym 6 days a week and having good diet. My usuall weight is right at 200 pounds at 5'9, I think that is pretty well. I'm no fucking pro.

We'll bro all I can say is at least you know you fucked up by taking gear so early & the wrong way.But it just looks to me that you never built a solid foundation.If I was you I would work on getting to your absolute best without gear.Your genetic peak if you will.then if you wanna take it to the next level more power to ya.Just my 2 cents though.take it or leave it.

My chest workout constantly changes (I want to shock the muscle). It looks something like that:

My chest workout constantly changes (I want to shock the muscle). It looks something like that:

4x Incline bench press
3x Flat bench dumbells
3x machine flys or incline/flat dumbell flys
3x Heavy wide dips

When I hit a sticking point in my chest I started doing Iso first.did 4 sets of cablecrossovers,dumbbell flys,pecdeck...then I hit the incline & flat bench hard..but......not to contradicte what I just said but you look like you need alot of heavy compound movements.Especially squats.When I decided to rededicate myself to leg development I got stronger In every other lift & looked better overall.Squat,deadlift,presses(bench,military),pullups.should be your bread & butter.with a shit load of food but that goes without saying.
