Happens all the time with businesses as well regarding out of court settlements.

We are not talking about money/business issues. In fact, it actually hurt him financially when he did this, instead of fighting it in court, in the long run. His name was shit, his appearance fees/concert fees dropped thru the floor, album sales plummeted and he never recovered. That is beyond argument. If he was truly innocent, with nothing to hide or worry about coming out in court, the easiest thing to do would have been to fight it in court. Unlimited funds, best defense attorneys, etc... he would have crushed the accusers IF he was truly innocent.

After countless times of reporting the outright racism and nothing being done about it, I'm done. It's ran its course. It's not about being able to take it or anything like that. Contrary to popular belief, me getting "owned" had very little to do with it. Too much negative energy here. Just man up and get over it. The easiest way to get past racism on a daily basis is to befriend people who joke about it all and don't let it bother them. Racism exists against the pieces of shit in each race. Their are idiots in each group and that's where the hates stems from. Get rid of the idiots in your own and other races and racism will likely dwindle. Thugs, cholos, rednecks, etc all perpetuate stereotypes and racism. Do something about it or deal with it.

People make fun of Dave, saying he is white trash but you don't care?
