i proudly cancelled my siruis subscription months ago......and i was a loyal fan for years........fuck howard, and his "revolution".........possibly the only "revolution" that ever entailed........4 day work weeks, 1-2 weeks vacation/ month, and show on constant autopilot.

he actually looks good fat
when he gets down to 190 and below he will still have that huge head and alot of stretch marks

Howard always complains that he doesn't have much muscle for all the working out he does; but then he says he knows that he shouldn't be running so much and be lifting heavier, but he never changes.  Maybe it's his OCD that makes him want to run so much.
