my cut diet failed
i just dont get it
im still cutting i guess its taking longer than xpected

but my biggest fear for the summer was having to work w a new lifeguard who could be in better shape than me
i even conjured this dude up and named him frank

well turns out frank became a reality
the dude is ripped and in great shape
i have seen him working out in the gym at my job and i remember seeing him benching a lot

hes very lean im gonna say 7% bodyfat
looks like a solid 185-190

im hoping to find out his diet workouts etc

but seeing him has motivated me to work even harder w my cut
i begin a new stack on monday w vpx supps

Like you said, don't be discouraged, use this as motivation. Perhaps he is a nice guy too and you could train together.

I think this could be a positive thing in your life...

His image and presence could push you further and create a new standard... something to think about when you are attempting that new deadlift PR or downing those cals...
