Great back, important for a Mr O. So he has a chance. Just the hams, quads/calves he's gonna have a tough job. He looks pretty wide these days and bigger in the upper body than Kai, and I think his legs were okay at the Arnold for a few months training. 2nd at the Arnold is not too shabby. And he is still hungry and really into it, so I think the next couple of years are gonna be when he has his real chance. Everyone's chest these days seems to disappear in the front double bi, but then iron agers were all arms and chest and no legs and delts, so maybe it's a shift in training style?
