In my opinion using Baking Soda, is pretty much the same thing as making effervesent creatine.Which did stop the bloating from creatine, but it slowed down the transport.Unless you change the PH of creatine wether you add baking soda of use and effervesent transport, it is going to have the same effect.Plus if you just mixed the creatine with baking soda, since they arent bonded together the creatine would still convert to creatinine and the baking soda will go its seperate way
The German Creatine , CreaPure, claims there product was made in Germany, but I know alot of inside sources, that caught them red handed, purchasing Creatine monohydrate from China.Then re-packaging there product as German made creatine.Van Billderass, save your money on the Creapure,, you might aswell buy Chinese creatine.
Van if you know somebody who can get you Kre-Alklayn, get it, and take 5-6 grams a day with 30 grams of a good Waxey Maize Starch, then throw in some Vanadyl,Alpha-Lapoic Acid, and some chromium.If you got some L-Arginine laying around add 3-5 grams of that aswell.You will have such insane pumps you head wil pop off.
