How many people can hit this famous Arnold pose correctly?
I remeber that Hide can. And I dont see more lately.

Yes its pretty hard.

I have tried it and i seem to have trouble bringing my arms on parallel together. if you cant see yourself in the mirror, or have someone to guide you, you cant learn back poses....

Yeah, That happens to me and i didnt notice it until seeing my video.
Thats why i took pic of myself to collect it.
