His name was Katsumi Kitamura, died in 2000, trained at Golds gym Otsuka in North Tokyo where they have a memorial to him, he had horrid training form and was a heavy user of drugs. Not long before he died he overdid the insulin and collapsed at the gym and was lucky a female member there had a medical background as the staff didnt want to call the ambulance without asking the boss first
he would have died there had not been for that lady. He claimed to be natural and sadly Japanese can be very gullible people so they actually believed him
